Today is my cute husband’s birthday! So I just wanted to give him a little shout out and let you all know how LUCKY I am to be his wife!
1. What's his name? Colby Robert Stringham
2. How many years have we been married? It will be 2 in August... These 2 years have gone by MUCH faster than when he was on his mission!
3. How long did you date? Long story, our first kiss was the beginning of our senior year at BHS... we played games with each other for a while. And then after graduation we finally decided to try it out! Dated for about 9 months, and then he went on his mission. We wrote the whole time, when he came home we dated for about 2 months and decided to take a little break. Little did we know that break was going to be a year and a half! Later on, we found each other texting back and forth, calling each other for the dumbest reasons just to talk, so we quit the stupid games and gave it another try! So then... we dated for about another year and half and got hitched August 8, 2007... WOW!

4. How old is he? 25 today!
5. Who eats more? Depends... if its ice cream, candy or cake, than I DO! But just eating all around, well... I think it might be a tie! haha
6. Who said "I Love You" first? Colby did! We were only dating about a month and we were up in Park City with his family. Of course we had to sleep in different rooms, so he tucked me in; kissed me and told me he loved me! Then when he got in bed, he texted me and said it again! haha
7. Who is taller? Colb is!
8. Who sings better? He does... I am tone deaf!
9. Who is smarter? Oh duh... he is!
10. Who does the laundry? We both do. He is such a good husband. He takes after his dad... he cleans, he cooks, he makes the bed, he cleans up after him self, and of course does the laundry! I pretty much have it made!
11. Who pays the bills? ummmm.... we both do! But he has to double check everything, Mr. Financial Planner!
12. Who mows the lawn? He does...
13. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? He does!
14. Who cooks dinner? Who ever gets home from work first... let's be honest.. we just go out! haha
15. Who drives? Well, he is a very proper and considerate driver. So if we are in a hurry, then I DRIVE! If we aren't rushing anywhere, I let him drive!
16. Who is more stubborn? Oh gosh... I am! He is so patient!
17. Who kissed who first? Colb kissed me first! I did NOT see it coming the first time we kissed. It was a door step kiss, after I shut the door I screamed. About a year later he told me he heard me! haha
18. Who asked who out first? Colb did! We were in the parking lot at school, and he was helping me with something on my car!
19. Who proposed? What... is this really a question! HE DID! What kind of girl do you think I am! haha May 18, 2007! The day after my birthday!
20. Who has more friends? We grew up together... so I think it’s a tie! We pretty much have the same friends!
21. Who is more sensitive? Before or after birth control!? He was, and now I think I am!
22. Who has more siblings? I do! There are 5 kids in my family, and only 3 in his family.
23. Who wears the pants? I would say I do, but since it’s his birthday... I will say he does! haha
24. Is he handy around the house? Oh yes! I love a hard working man!
25. His hobbies or favorite activities. Traveling, boating, wakeboarding, snow and water skiing, soccer, going to the gym, dirt biking, mountain biking, kissing his wife! Weird... but he loves school and work!
And of course a few reasons why I love this man...There are so many... he is so sweet, kind and loving. He has always treated me so well, and is always there for me. He is great with children and so natural with babies. I love his smile and his dark thick hair. One of the many reasons why I married him is because of his hair and because he was the cutest little boy ever! haha He is a very hard worker, in school and at work. He never gives up; he is honest, funny and always makes me laugh. He knows exactly what to say and what to do when I am sad or having a bad day. He has an amazing testimony, and knows so much about the Gospel. I learn so much through him, and the incredible man that he is. He is such a great example; I have walked in on him kneeling at our bed. I am so thankful for such a strong, spiritual husband. I really don't know what I would do with out him. There is so much more... but for now... I love you Colb! Thank you for being so amazing in every way! You are my best friend... More than words babe!
